Official Rules
1. Eligibility:
The Locals Summer Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and current members of the Crooked Hammock Brewery Kickback Loyalty Program at the time of entry. Only loyalty members who complete the entry form are eligible to participate. There is no age restriction for entry.
Employees of Crooked Hammock Brewery (the "Sponsor") and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor:
The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Crooked Hammock Brewery.
3. Agreement to Rules:
By participating in the Giveaway, the entrant ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
4. Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted starting on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST and will end at 11:59 PM EST on Monday, May 18, 2026 (the "Entry Deadline"). All entries must be received by the Entry Deadline.
5. How to Enter:
To enter, all entries must be signed up for the Kickback loyalty program. Loyalty members must complete the entry form linked in the official Giveaway announcement (via email or social media). One entry per loyalty member. Must use the same name and email address on your loyalty account when submitting your entry. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
6. Prizes:
Prize: One (1) winner will be selected. The winner will receive items from the following list: Green Yeti Cooler, Yeti Water Bottle, Sun Dreams Blanket, Two (2) Good Times Pint Glasses, Sticker Pack. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by May 19th. Winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of selection. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select a new winner.
8. Terms & Conditions:
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. By entering, You grant the Sponsor permission to repost your entry on social media. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
9. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or (ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
10. Disputes:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the Sponsor's jurisdiction having jurisdiction.
11. Privacy Policy:
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Crooked Hammock Brewery website.
