One-liners, groaners, parental observations, tall tales... these are the staples of dad humor since the dawn of parenting. To celebrate Father's Day (and our Dadventure Hazy IPA), we are hosting our second annual open mic for dads to put their zingers to the test!

Dad Jokes is hosted by one of our favorite comics on the rise. Expect a family friendly set and a firm but fair hand in guiding our amateur dad jokers throughout the night. See below for each of our brewpub's host:

Alan Massenburg appeared in the “Dad Joke” segment on the Drew Barrymore Show on CBS, was a finalist in HBO’s American Black Film Festival and has appeared on Sirius XM’s “Sway in the Morning” show.

LWS
Jay Yoder is currently on a national tour with the Bored Teachers Comedy Tour as he was a teacher for 18 years. He is the co-host of the "Seriously, Dad?" podcast and creator of Tuned Up Comedy.

MYR
An award-winning comic, writer, and entertainer with roots in North Carolina's coast, Izzy Burger has performed on stages around the country with appearances in tv, film, regional commercials, and many popular animation titles including "Elf Princess Rane" and the "Earthian" series. She also makes puppets, but please don't judge her for that.

A Special Brew for the Occasion

Our latest 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 brew Dadventure is inspired by all those dads out there that work hard to have fun. This Hazy IPA is tweaked from last year with a new yeast and grain build to make the beer hazier, softer, and juicier to maximize the rewards from all the hard work making it.
